Staff Repoter :: Progoti Systems Ltd. (PSL), a financial technology company in Bangladesh, went through an organization restructuring due to changing business conditions. As a result, about 100 roles have been made redundant effective February 01, 2021.

PSL is a software company and a payments systems operator that provides services to four banks to support their MFS operations. PSL management assures that services to existing customers and partners will not be hampered.

The employees affected by this restructuring will get full compensation as per their respective employment contracts. PSL also assures that these employees will get priority in case of any openings in future. Also, the company will provide support and assistance for any potential future employment to this group of employees.

PSL has been operating in the country since 2015 with foreign direct investment and is serving over 1,000 payment partners and 22.3 million customers through the bank partners.
