Hello Daktar Apa: Book on the Fight of Covid Frontliners

This book is a tribute to all frontline Doctors, Nurses, and Health-workers, who fought with great bravery against the vicious Coronavirus. This novel is based on the life of a young doctor, named Swarna. She came from a middle-class family. After the untimely demise of Swarna’s father, it became tough for the family to survive. But Swarna’s mother put all the effort to fulfill the dream of her late-husband and pushed Swarna to study and to be a doctor.

Swarna fulfills her parents’ dream and becomes a doctor. But at the same time the world witnesses the vicious pandemic, COVID-19. Swarna jumped into her duty as a frontline fighter. Because of the infectious virus, Swarna distanced herself from her family, from her mother and sister. One day she gets infected by the coronavirus. Swarna isolates herself. But she keeps working as a Telemedicine Consultant.

The intriguing story of Dr. Swarna will make the readers realize the suffering of every Doctor, Nurse, and Health-Worker. It is overall a story of humanity and a story of inspiration.
Rahitul Islam, the author of “Hello Daktar Apa”, garnered huge success from his previous novels.
